Pistachio Figolla overnight oats

If you love the nostalgic taste of pistachio figolla but want something nourishing and easy to prep, these Pistachio Figolla Inspired Overnight Oats are about to become your new obsession.
Ingredients:
40g oats
15g protein powder
120ml milk
1/4 tsp pistachio essence
1/4 tsp mixed spice
Juice of 1/4 orange
1 tsp honey
For the pistachio layer:
10g pistachio butter
10g honey
1 tsp water
For the chocolate layer:
5g cacao powder
25g milk
Start by mixing the oats, protein powder, milk, pistachio essence, mixed spice, orange juice, and honey. This base already smells like Easter in a jar—warm, citrusy, and subtly nutty.
Let it sit overnight so the oats soak up all that flavour. In the morning, stir together the pistachio butter, honey, and water to create a smooth, creamy layer. Finish with the chocolate topping by mixing cacao powder with milk.
Layer it up, dig in, and you’ve got a breakfast that tastes indulgent but fuels your day—sweet, balanced, and packed with protein.
