Melt in Your Mouth Garlic Chuck Roast

If you're looking for a comforting meal with minimal effort, this Garlic Chuck Roast is about to become a family favourite. With just three simple ingredients, you can create a rich, flavourful dish that tastes like it has been cooking all day.
All you need is :
700g chuck roll
1 shredded onion
1 whole bulb of garlic
drizzle of olive oil
salt & pepper
Place the shredded onion in a roasting dish, add the chuck roast on top, and tuck the garlic bulb alongside it drizzle some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cover tightly and roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes until the meat is beautifully tender.
For the finishing touch, remove the cover and broil for the last 10 minutes to create a delicious golden crust. Once cooked, let the roast rest for a few minutes. Squeeze the soft, roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and mix them into the juices and onions. Slice or shred the meat, toss everything together, and serve.
