Ingredients:
125g ground almonds
50g brown sugar
35g oats (blended into flour)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tbs cacao powder
1/4 of a lemon juice & rind
14 of an orange rind
1/2 tablespoon flower water
1 egg white
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp mixed spice
Method:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
Scoop tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Drizzle some honey onto the cookies while they are still hot. Top with crushed almonds.
