Dubai Chocolate baked oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 ripe banana
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of choice
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp pistachio essence
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp pistachio butter (frozen)
Crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
In a blender combine oats, banana, egg, milk, cacao powder, salt, baking soda, honey, and pistachio essence. Blend or whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour the batter into the ramekin.
Gently press the frozen pistachio butter into the center of the mixture. It will melt into the oats as they bake, giving a gooey pistachio center.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the top is set and slightly puffed.
Top with crushed pistachios and an optional drizzle of honey or extra milk for creaminess.
