Cinnamon Oat Donuts

40g Oat Flour (blended oats)
100g greek yoghurt
1 Tsp Cocoa Powder
15g Natural Sweetener (stevia)
1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
Dash Of Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Cinnamon Sugar: Mix together 25g of stevia or your choice of sweetener with 1 Tsp of cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a donut pan or silicone mold.
In a
bowl, whisk together oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick, smooth batter forms.
Spoon or pipe the batter into your donut molds, filling each about ¾ full.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until firm to the touch and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool slightly, then pop the donuts out of the mold.
While warm, lightly brush with a bit of milk or water (optional) and roll or sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mix.
