Spinach and oat Wrap

Looking for a fast, nutritious, and protein-packed wrap recipe? These oat spinach wraps are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a light dinner. With simple ingredients and no fancy equipment needed, you can whip these up in no time!


Ingredients (Makes 6 wraps)


1 cup spinach

1 cup oats

3 eggs

3 tablespoons water

Pinch of salt

Pepper


Method:

  • First, blend together the spinach, oats, water, salt, and pepper until you get a nice smooth mixture. 

  • Heat up a non-stick pan and pour in the mixture to make your wraps. Cook each side for about 1-2 minutes and place in a kitchen towel to cool.

  • Serve immediately or store for later
