Ingredients (Makes 6 wraps)
1 cup spinach
1 cup oats
3 eggs
3 tablespoons water
Pinch of salt
Pepper
Method:
First, blend together the spinach, oats, water, salt, and pepper until you get a nice smooth mixture.
Heat up a non-stick pan and pour in the mixture to make your wraps. Cook each side for about 1-2 minutes and place in a kitchen towel to cool.
Serve immediately or store for later
