Spelt Flour Bagel Recipe

80g Spelt Flour
90g Greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Method:
Place all dry ingredients except the seeds in Preheat your oven at 180 degrees and line your baking tin with parchment paper.
In a food processer or by hand mix together all the ingredients until you get a firm dough.
Transfer to a lightly floured surface and cut in half.
Roll each half into a sausage and attach both ends to form the bagel.
Top it with poppy seeds.
Bake in your pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
