If you’re constantly drained, dreading your workouts, and not seeing results, it’s time to rethink your approach. I’ve been there—pushing through intense HIIT workouts, feeling dizzy, weak, and endlessly hungry. The harder I pushed, the worse it got, and my nutrition suffered because I couldn’t balance my hunger with the right foods.

It got to the point where I hated training. I’d start a program, feel completely exhausted within weeks, and end up quitting, thinking maybe fitness just wasn’t for me. But it wasn’t about me—it was about my approach.
Eventually, I made a change. I swapped HIIT for strength training, reduced my workouts to 30–45 minutes, 3–4 times a week, and focused on fueling my body with proper nutrition—especially protein to support recovery and muscle growth. I limited cardio to one day a week. That shift made all the difference. I felt energized, stronger, and finally saw results.
Why am I writing this? Training without proper nutrition or a sustainable routine won’t get you anywhere. Start small; swap an intense workout for a walk, add protein-rich meals, and find routines you actually enjoy. Progress comes from balance, not burnout.
