Chocolate Quinoa Crunch

(Makes 6 servings)

Ingredients needed:

  • 75g dark chocolate

  • 25g milk chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon pistachios, roughly chopped

  • 1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries, chopped

  • 1/4 cup raw quinoa


Method

  • Heat quinoa in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring until it pops and becomes crispy. Cool.

  • Melt dark and milk chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until smooth.

  • Stir in puffed quinoa and pread on parchment paper or shape into a chocolate mould. Top with pistachios, hazelnuts, and cranberries.

  • Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
